1. Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ctg platform and all its services. By opening an account or using the services on ctg, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

ctg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The new Terms will take effect from the first login after the change. We recommend visiting this page regularly.

            
            These Terms apply to individuals residing in Bangladesh. The ctg platform is operated exclusively for adults — that is, persons aged 21 years or older.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To register on the ctg platform, users must meet the following requirements:

The user must be at least 21 years of age.
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
Account passwords and login details must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
ctg may request identity verification documents from users at any time, which the user must provide.

2.1 Account Verification

To ensure security, ctg follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Account verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or after a certain amount has been deposited. Government-issued documents such as a national ID card or passport may be required.

2.2 Account Suspension or Termination

If a user violates these Terms, is suspected of fraud, or if ctg deems it necessary for the security of the platform, ctg reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on ctg are conducted through mobile banking. The table below summarises the key details:

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name. Deposits through a third party are not accepted. Depositing funds from uncertain sources is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests can only be made from verified accounts. If the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, the withdrawal process may be held. ctg reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious withdrawal request for investigation.

            Important: Among the three mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
          

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bonus Policy

Various types of bonus offers are available on ctg. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. The general bonus rules are listed below:

Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.
ctg Weekly Reload Festival: 30% of the deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18 times. Minimum deposit ৳500.
ctg Slot Blast Bonus: Every Monday, 50% bonus on slot game deposits, up to ৳10,000, wagering 25 times.
ctg Cricket Mania Offer: 40% bonus on deposits on cricket match days, up to ৳12,000, wagering 20 times.
ctg Birthday Special Gift: Once a year, up to ৳2,000 for verified accounts, wagering 10 times.
ctg Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral, wagering 12 times.

4.1 Bonus Abuse

ctg monitors bonus abuse through automated systems. If a user attempts to circumvent bonus terms, tries to claim bonuses from multiple accounts, or uses any other fraudulent method, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.2 Wagering Calculation

The wagering requirement means multiplying the bonus amount by a specified number. For example, if you receive a ৳600 bonus on a ৳2,000 deposit under the ctg Weekly Reload Festival, the wagering requirement will be ৳600 × 18 = ৳10,800. The bonus becomes withdrawable only after this amount has been wagered.

5. Gaming and Betting Guidelines

ctg offers casino games, sports betting, and live casino. All games are conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

If the outcome of any game is uncertain due to a technical error, ctg reserves the right to void that round.
Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting software or network errors is a punishable offence.
Playing games using bots or automated software is prohibited.
In sports betting, a bet may be voided if the outcome of an event was known in advance.
ctg may investigate any suspicious betting pattern and, if necessary, void the relevant transactions.
Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure the integrity of game outcomes.

5.1 VIP Program

The ctg VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback benefit varies by tier — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, and 0.8% for Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ctg platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited:

Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
Operating an account using another person's identity.
Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
Gaining unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities.
Harassing, disturbing, or attempting to defraud other users.
Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
Allowing minors to use an account for their benefit.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

ctg believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We prioritise the mental and financial wellbeing of every user. The following tools are available to members on ctg:

Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap.
Session Time Limits: The ability to limit continuous gaming time.

9. Limitation of Liability

While ctg strives to ensure the highest quality of service, liability will be limited in certain situations:

ctg is not responsible if any game or bet is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection.
ctg is not directly responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers (mobile banking).
ctg is not responsible for any loss resulting from a user's own login credentials being compromised.
If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues, ctg will make reasonable efforts to restore it within a reasonable time.
If bonus terms change, ctg will endeavour to provide advance notice.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be effective. If ctg does not enforce a particular term in a specific situation, that will not be considered a waiver of that term.

The decision of ctg is final regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms.
